N is for Neoprene

Neoprene – from Titus

Neoprene is a synthetic rubber – it’s basically what wet suits are made off. Thicker and more forgiving than rubber, but cheaper and more form-fitting than leather. It feels nice against your skins, but – like the aforementioned – can get very hot if worn for a long time.

Pup hoods are often made of this as they hold their shape, can be worn for long periods, can be washed and made in multiple colours.

Can be made wet-look and is a relative newcomer in the fetish world. As the new boy, neoprene scenes are harder to find than puppy, rubber or leather.

Mr. S Leather do a huge range of neoprene items, but they can be pricey for a first time out. But if you’re willing to spend the money, one of their coloured shorts and matching harness is always a winner, see second pic above (pair with long socks and trainers, ideally high-tops).
